Added the ability to temporarily disable job encryption for a specific user to assist with troubleshooting. For security, this setting is strictly controlled via the server and requires the user to confirm the action via email.

Added VDI support - each user can have an individual MRC session.

Added cloud storage provider management to MRC, allowing users to view connection statuses and directly connect or disconnect storage services via the web interface.
