The guide is intended for administrators and describes the MyQ Roger application installation and usage on Kyocera devices.
The basic prerequisites before the installation are:

Setup of the MyQ Roger tenant (described in the MyQ Roger Server Administration guide).

The MFD should be on the list of supported devices.

The MFD should have Kyocera with Java 1.8

The MFD’s display size should be 800x480 or larger.

An SSD/HDD is required as follows:

Some models do not have SDD or HDD by default.

For SSD, custom Firmware might be necessary.

The MFD should support the Device Spool feature.

The MFD should have WebKit web browser in the display panel.
As of September 23, 2026, MyQ Roger is moving to a different hosting region. The following actions are required:

Update MyQ Roger to the latest version on all devices. After September 23, older versions will no longer be able to connect. Minimum required versions:

Kyocera 24.1.5.5+

HP 24.7+

Ricoh 24.3.2+

If your network uses an allow-list, add 20.113.34.204/30 to your firewall exceptions. Please keep the original IP range allowed as well; both ranges need to stay accessible throughout the migration.
